Rancho Grande in Neumunster

Friendly staff and great food! Plus a large selection and reasonable prices. In my opinion the best steak house in Neumünster!

On the whole, you can eat really well at Rancho Grande, and it's nice and central. Unfortunately, on full days we already had the meat a bit dry, but the service is always friendly and has taken care of it. However, we were unlucky with kale - the potatoes weren't particularly good, but the cabbage sausage hopped off the plate when trying to peek them. You should have noticed when filling it up that it was too hard. All in all, the Rancho Grande is recommended. Best during the week, because on the weekend it can be a bit too loud. We look forward to when the restaurants are finally allowed to reopen. The Rancho Grande is always worth a visit just because of the Rancho plate.

Honestly, I've already eaten the hamburgers better and the cocktail didn't work until the third attempt: first the wrong one was served, then there was way too much lemon juice in the Tequila Sunrise. The staff was nice, too passing and trying to limit the damage. We’re thinking about the next visit ...

Slightly unreasonable prices are charged for the quality of the food and staff. But the location knocks everything out again .. nevertheless I recommend eating somewhere else if you want something delicious

Always delicious food and nice staff. However, it is very difficult to hold or follow conversations at your own table due to the volume. Unfortunately, this creates a little canteen flair.

Value for money was good. I had the fillet pan and it was ok but not the big hit now. The rancho plate last time was better.

Good service and attractive location. The food came early and nicely presented. The kitchen should dare to taste even more. The goulash soup is currently not advisable because it has a musty taste. Nice gastro with upside potential.

We were there twice in a week (Thursday and Saturday evening), on Thursday everything was great. Great service, delicious food and we were through with everything after about 90 minutes. However, on Saturday evening it was far from good. After waiting a full 20 minutes, a card was brought to us, and the order was only taken another 20 minutes later. After about 30 minutes our two drinks came and only after about 70 minutes did our food arrive. The burgers were delicious, but the fries were only lukewarm. Our waitress was, after the criticism, very nice and we were given a voucher for a cocktail - at least. In our environment, several people have complained about the very long waiting times - something should still be worked on the way of working.

Too long waiting time ... food is average but not super great either. The wait staff was too overloaded but no wonder because it was totally understaffed, the organizational concept should be reconsidered.

This place is really good for steaks..!! We had puten steak , wiener schnitzel and drinks..and the food was really good..!! We absolutely loved the service, it was quick and efficient..!! The staff personal was really friendly..!!

I was there with my family two weeks ago. I'm still concerned with the corona rules, which in my opinion are not being followed at all. Many customers are allowed in without a mask and the service staff also do not wear a mask. Disinfection after leaving the tables by other guests was not followed and our data was also not recorded. How can that be?

We were all very happy! Quality and taste convinced. Price-performance ratio also perfectly fine. We would love to come back.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday there and had a very nice time. An attentive manager and very friendly to very funny staff, which of course put the icing on the cake. The food was delicious. Thanks for this great moment. See you again soon ...

Absolutely recommendable all around! Steak was cooked to the point as desired and the service was really VERY friendly and attentive, as the requirement to pay in cash does not deter you! If we eat steak in Neumünster, then HERE.

We were there for the first time. We were offered directly a beautiful place at the window. Clearly 5 stars, because: Service was nice and competent, atmosphere and cleanliness were great, beer was properly poured and the filet was really top class (I am VERY demanding with steak), so great (medium rear), aromatic and very tender. We will be back, also because we felt very welcome. Many Thanks. A visit was judged on Sunday at noon.

Great food for the bucks

Very nice spacious place with great view on the water. The burgers are great! Very tasty and perfect portions. The waitress was lovely and always smiling and attentive. There are also vegetarian options as well. Not sure if the restaurant has wheelchair access as it’s situated on the 1st floor.

Very fast food service, the starters were brought out 5 minutes after we ordered them, and the mains were brought out about 2-3 minutes after finishing the starters. The food was excellent, and the portions were a perfect size for us.

Very good food. And cheap too. Highly recommended. Will certainly go there again.

The cokeacola is super watery. The waiter was rude when the steak was sticky and ist super pricy for a bad experince

This is your normal steak house, with the normal menu, that you'll find most places. That being said, the food was good, and good value. The service was kinda slow, considering the restaurant was almost empty when we where there. The restaurant is located on the first floor, and has no elevator. But it does have a nice view of the lake. So make sure to get a table by the window.
